The 0.27ohm coil that came with my K4/Cleito was a bit powerful to my liking and it burned through the juice fast. I bought the 0.4ohm Clapton coil and it toned the power just enough, the juice definitely lasts longer, and it combos great with the extended 5ml glass for the Cleito tank.
